#3 His balance sheet has two new entries. He has purchased another property and he just started a new business with his girlfriend LaTasha.
Leg 3 is positioned to bring Larry an income high enough that it can replace his job on Leg 1, completing the triangle and placing a greater wealth producing income on Leg 1. He will increase his income 4 fold in three years or sooner.
