First off, LaTasha you do not have any security and I’m concerned about your safety. I do not want you to do door to door sales anymore. I know that’s how you met me but it is totally dangerous in this day and age. Marvin needs you to be around. Besides you can do 50 times the traffic online than you can do in a whole month of outdoor sales.
Your other security, he goes in a cabinet and pulls out an envelope and hands it to her. ‘What’s this?’ He tells her to open it. She opens the envelope and let’s out a scream. Marvin comes running in the showroom. ‘Momma?’ LaTasha, “I’m alright baby, it’s okay.” Marvin, “Why are you acting like this?” She shows Marvin a check. Marvin, “That’s a lot of money, Momma. Is it yours?” LaTasha, “Yes, baby see my name right there. Go back and watch the game, we will be finished soon.” Marvin, “You promise?” Larry grabbing his hand, “Yes we promise, she’s fine, come on I got you something too, you want to see it?” Marvin, “Yea, what is it?” Larry goes back and pulls out a new Lego set. Marvin eyes light up, “Is that mine?” Larry, “I think you will be a good builder, you want to try it?” Marvin, “Yeahhh!” He leaves Marvin to play and goes back to the front.
Larry, “You know you got to stop reacting this way. Marvin doesn’t understand.” LaTasha, “ I know man but you are full of surprises. What’s this $5,000 for?” Larry, “For you to catch up on bills and to take care of your business and whatever Marvin needs. I want you to feel secure about what we are doing, it’s much easier to perform at a top level when you don’t have concerns. Do you agree? Do you feel better?” LaTasha, “Man my head is light, but you’re right I don’t feel any pressure right now.” Larry, “Good then it is working, now I will continue.”
